Who is Ashley?

Ashley's fitness journey began in 2020, at the height of the pandemic. Determined to stay active and motivated, she began cycling. In the year that followed, she lost over 100 pounds and fell in love with movement. She became an ACE certified group fitness instructor, yoga teacher, and competitive cyclocross and gravel cyclist. Now, her passion is helping others find joy and results in movement!

Ashley believes that fitness should be a journey of empowerment, open to everyone. That's why she designs her classes, including yoga, strength training, and HIIT, with modifications for all abilities and skill levels. Her goal is to create a welcoming and equitable space where everyone feels comfortable taking ownership of their health and well-being. She has years of experience teaching the general public, active older adults, pre and post natal mothers, and children.
